The firm was formally established in the year 2020 by advocates Akhilesh Pareek and Hardik Mishra. In 2025, the law firm successfully transitioned into a company. Lex Ardent currently operates as a company, providing satisfactory legal services to its clients, company rendering legal advised and its associates regularly appearing as counsel before Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, Commercial Courts, National and State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission/s, Family Court, RERA, DRT and other tribunals and forums. Lex Ardent also creates and vets legal documents i.e. contract etc.
